Plastic processing
Recycling of plastic packaging waste materials by Profiplast LTD currently includes three closed-cycle parallel processing lines, that apply methods of agglomeration of plastics, pelletising and shredding.
On all of our processes we use the latest equipment (Pallman, Ecopolymer and other major brands) to reprocess packaging waste into end products, which have their own significant market demand.

The pelletising process resides in the fact that granulated homogeneous materials (granules of the same weight and size) are obtained from the original polymer waste material. Further, these pellets can be used to produce plastic products by casting or extrusion.

On the agglomeration line, plastics are exposed to high temperatures, as a result of which the plastic mass is sintered and turns into small lumps called agglomerates.

On the shredding line, by using uniquely developed equipment, plastic waste is crushed to a plastic chips, which is called flake.
